Natural husk chips for moisture, airflow and drainage.
Our 5 kg coco chip blocks are a practical growing-medium component for commercial growers, nurseries and gardening businesses. Compressed for convenient storage and transport, each block loosens into coconut husk chips after hydration, expanding to at least 8 to 9 litres per kilogram.
The chips hold moisture within their fibres while keeping spaces for air and drainage around roots. Blend them with coco peat or other growing materials to build a mix suited to your crop and watering system, from orchid and anthurium potting mixes to nursery containers and greenhouse blends.
